Setup Floor Layout

Set Floor Layout interface screen in landscape mode

Floor Layout functions allows user to customize and design their shop's table and floor plan layout.

In order to access Setup Floor Layout interface:

Main Menu > Setup POS > Floor Layout

General Tab

Parameter	Description	Required
Name	Name or description of the object.	Yes
Sort Order	The position of the floor layout object in the listing of floor layout dialog. Smaller number will be on top priority.	Yes
Edit Layout	Show floor plan layout editor screen.	-

Option Tab

User can enable or disable certain options to make cashier operation different. Please refer the table below for more details of each option does.

Option	Description
1 - Hide Timer	Hide elapsed timer on the table icon.
2 - Show Total Amount	Show total amount on the table icon.

Edit Layout

User able to customize the floor plan layout using Edit Layout button.

The toolbar at the top of the screen allows user to access various function and the middle allow user to place the table button onto the layout.

Top Toolbar

Button	Description
	Show table button creation dialog and place it onto top left corner of the floor layout.
	Show table button editor dialog of selected table button for editing.
	Delete selected table button from the floor layout.
	Copy selected table button from the floor layout.
	Paste the copied table button and place it onto top left corner of the floor layout.
	Change the floor layout background color
	Change the floor layout background image. Please do note that the aspect ratio should be square or 1:1, any aspect ratio will scale to square or 1:1 ratio

User able to manipulate the table button by refer to table below:

Manipulation Type	How-To
Select	Click/Tap once of the table button
Edit	Double Click/Tap(click/tap sequence in less than 250milisecond) of the table button.
Resize	Click/Tap once of the table button or select the table button, and the click/tap of the square corner of the table button to resize.
Move	Click/Tap and hold down the table button for 2 second and drag to the new location and release the click/tap to place it into new location.

The editor dialog interface allows user to create new or edit existing table button.

Parameter	Description
Display Name	The text to be display on the table button
Table Name	The table name for print out, usually short form version of display name
Border Round	The table button border roundness. Higher value for more roundness. Use none to make it transparent border.
Font Size	Display Name font size.
Change Price Level	Change to selected price level.
Tax Exempt	Tax to be exempt.
Design	Table button design.
