Database Server Configuration

User able to set the database server connection mode with Database Server Configuration
In order to access Database Server Configuration:
Main Menu > Database Setup icon

Database Menu

User able to backup, restore database, archive sales, reset transaction and import/export PLU Item from Database Menu interface.
In order to access Database Menu:
Main Menu > Database Setup icon or Cloud Account icon(hold click/tap down)
Database Backup/Restore
User able to backup or restore Master Database(PLU Item, Menu, Window Layout, Hardware settings, and various configuration settings) from the Database Backup/Restore menu.
Please refer to the table below for details about its menu:

| Backup | Allow user to backup Master Database to targeted location.
User also able to hold click/tap to quick backup to Note: The backup master database does not backup sales transaction! In order to backup transaction, please enable of use Portal Online features. |
| Restore | Allow user to restore Master Database from targeted database file.
Note: Once the system restored successfully, the system will totally erase the current Master Database and restore with the user targeted database file without undo capability! Note: Shop Info ID will be regenerate to new ID once restore successfully. Please do note that you might need to contact your software distributor for reactivate your license! |

Archive/Restore Sales
User able to Archive or Restore Transaction sales with Archive/Restore Sales menu.
Archiving Sales allows to move any old transaction from current transaction database to cold storage database, allowing to reduce system load, and improve system performance.
Note: Please do not do any transaction during archive/restore sales!
Reset Transaction
This menu allows user to reset all sales transactions(bill, PORA, stock in/out) to empty state.
User required to enter their email address to request OTP number to reset.
Note: User cannot undo reset transaction once it has been proceed. All the sales will be totally erase, including Online Portal! Please do take caution using this menu!
Import/Export XLSX
User able to import or export Group, Department, PLU Item, and Set Menu from/to XLSX file with Import/Export XLSX menu.
